Export your metadata to a .dat or .csv file from Concordance/Summation. You may use the default delimiters. Rename your load file to nextpoint_load_file.dat.

Make sure that the image file names correspond with their bates numbers and that all fields in the database have corresponding fields in NP. Then you'll want to create a map file to correctly map the old fields to the new ones.

Place your images and text files in sub-folders along with your nextpoint_load_file.dat file and .map file in a main folder, and zip it all up into a .zip file.

Click on New: Batch

Browse to your zip file, click Upload

You'll receive an email notification with the results. You may view the batch details by clicking Import/Export at the top of the Documents page, to learn more, click here.
