At the conclusion of your trial, you may wish to print binders for the jury to use in their deliberations. By creating your document treatments in Theater, and saving them, you can easily print your trial exhibits and the portions that were used in court.

Print Your Trial Exhibits

Go to the Documents tab and click on your Designation Label to pull up your documents.

Click Select: All, then click Export Files

Choose PDF Export from the Popular Exports list. Check the options for Expansive (to merge documents into fewer PDF files for easier printing) and Include Cover Pages (summarizes any document coding).
Click Export Documents, you will get an email notification that your download is ready. Download the files and print away.

Print Your Document Treatments

As in the previous step, go to the Documents tab and click on your Designation Label to pull up your documents.

The documents from that label set will appear, and the Treatment Export section for that label will appear.
Simply click Generate PDF, and a PDF will be created. You will get an email notification that your download is ready. Download the files and print away.
