At the top of the home page, click on the Depositions tab (or Transcript if that's what you need). Select Import Depositions.

The next screen (below) indicates that you may; 1) have the system determine the deponent automatically, 2) add as a volume to an existing deponent, or 3) provide a new name. Select the default label you'd like to have this deposition associated with (if any)
Trial Cloud accepts ASCII, PTF, PTX, LEF, or CMS formats for your deposition. Check out the blogs on uploading batches of depositions and ptx transcripts.
If the deposition file resides on your local drive, Browse to your deposition (or .zip file if uploading multiple depositions). If it has previously been uploaded to your case folder, click choose from S3 Folder. For more information on S3 Folders, click here.
Click Import Deposition.

Nextpoint auto-detects and sets the standard metadata fields for your deposition & courtroom transcripts upon upload. Occasionally, electronic transcripts have issues and the fields aren't correctly identified during upload. Although you can manually edit this information (by following the instructions below), it can become tedious when correcting a large number of depositions. To automate the proper input of all metadata during upload, build a simple load file to help you direct the metadata to the right place.

After your depositions have finished processing, Advanced and Standard users can edit the deposition date, volume number and start page. Once inside the deposition itself, click on More Options >> Edit in the upper right side of the page.
