While viewing the document itself, click on the Redaction tool in the Viewer Tools section to open the redaction interface.

Move the redaction box wherever you need to. Resize it. Click Add Another Redaction Box to create as many as you need.

Memorialize the Redaction Reason which will appear on the redaction boxes, and add any internal Notes. When you've finished redacting, click Permanently Redact.

The page will be reprocessed to place the redaction boxes, which will display the Redaction Reason. To learn how to create Redaction Reasons, Click Here.
