At the top of the home page click More >> Settings

Click the appropriate tab to add a Designation Label or Issue. There will be a brief description of each, to help you decide which is most appropriate.
When you've decided what you need, click Add New.

Name your Label/Issue, assign a Color, the Party it applies to, and give it an Abbreviation/Prefix, which will show up as an identifier for marked documents.
Labels will also have a Type dropdown where you can choose if it is a Designation, or an Objection. To learn about Creating Objection Types, click here.
Choose which evidence it applies to - Documents, Depositions, Transcripts - and click Create. There is no limit to the amount you can create.

In order to edit these, go back into More >> Settings, navigate to your identifier and click Edit next to it.
