Exporting Documents, without coding

While viewing your list of documents, check the box Check.png to the left of the doc(s) you want to export or Select All if that's what you need. Click Export.

Select Export Files.

Select PDF Export. You can then export all of your documents as individual pdf's. To combine them all in one PDF, select Expansive (Best for Printing). To separate all of the docs with a cover page, select Include Cover Pages. Then click Export Documents. An email notification will be sent to you when your documents are ready to be downloaded.

Have a Document Emailed to You

The app will email you a document if the file size is under 2MB. Here's how to do it.

Use the Search box to find your document. In this case, I know that the document is in the Joint Exhibit Label.

Next to the document you'd like to have emailed to you, click the Email link.

You'll see a yellow ribbon indicating that the document is processing.

As long as the document is under 2MB, you'll receive an email with an attachment.

If it's greater than 2MB, you'll receive an email with a link to download the document from your Cloud.

Exporting Documents, with coding

Follow the same process as above through Export > Export Files. Choose from the popular export options or build your own. You can select your type of load file as well as your choice of image type. When you're ready, select Export Documents.
