Nextpoint's Discovery Cloud performs native file processing, document review and production.
Run complex searches, define, and refine document reviews quickly and easily.
A simple, intuitive interface features bates-stamping, redaction, and privilege log generation tools.
Here's an overview.
The Review Administrator adds users and assigns specific groups of reviewers to view the sets of documents. Go to Users > Add New to set up your users and reviewers. Check out the video that takes you through adding users.

The Review Administrator sets up review categories that the reviewers will use to categorize documents.
Go to Settings > (select your category) > Add New. Watch the video that shows you how.

Here's how to upload your documents. Nextpoint is happy to assist in this phase, or handle your upload completely with our Evidence Room services.
After your load has finished processing, Nextpoint can dedupe, run family scripts and assist with any bulk removal/flagging of privileged documents. Use search terms, dates and custodians in our robust Advanced Search engine to identify your data.
Set up the review from your population of documents.
Search the universe of docs (using search terms, dates, custodians) to apply particular documents to specific Subreviews. Watch the video that takes you into a little more detail.
Assign reviewers to particular subreviews by clicking Settings > Subreview Labels > Assign (a link to the right of your Label name, see pic below).

Click the green plus sign next to the reviewers name and press Done. Watch the video on adding reviewers.

The Reviewers can redact documents, categorize documents (usually by ‘responsive’ and ‘non-responsive’), tag documents for higher level review, and apply any other issues set up by the Review Administrator. Watch the video that explains how to apply coding and to mark your documents as responsive.
From the Discovery Cloud home page, quickly ascertain the progress of your Subreview.
Take a closer look to see what documents have been reviewed, what needs follow-up... Click on any of the links to navigate to that particular subset. Below is an example of what it looks like.

After your case is created, go to Settings > General Settings > Bates Numbering/Edit and fill in the lines as indicated. Choose 'every page' for standard productions or 'each document' for native productions. Set your starting number. This is what the screen will look like.
Bates stamp your documents. Select all Production Ready documents from the Review Status section, or choose by Responsive Issue and click stamp.

Then Select: All > Bates Stamp.

After your Review process has concluded, the Discovery Cloud can easily be converted to take advantage of the tools in our Trial Cloud. Click here to learn more about our efficient, affordable, frequently talked about trial prep tool.
