* This functionality is available for Advanced users only. If you're unable to add a user, contact an Advanced user on your team.
On the top of any page, go to select MORE > Users.
Click the Add New tab. Type in the email address of the person you want to add and choose their Access Level from the dropdown menu.
Click "Add with Invite".
If you'd like to add users now but want to invite them to the case at a later date, click "Set up now, invite later". Your users will be in the Pending tab. When you're ready to invite them, check the box next to their names and send them the invites.
