We’re excited to introduce Ned, your new AI Support Assistant, now available in all Nextpoint databases! Ned replaces the traditional "Help" button with a smarter, faster, and more intuitive way to get the answers you need.
What Can Ned Do for You?
- Quick, Custom Responses: Instantly find answers pulled from our help center articles.
- Smart Suggestions: Receive related resources, even when an exact match isn’t available.
- Direct Support Access: Submit support requests seamlessly without leaving your workflow.
How to Use Ned
Getting help with Ned is simple! Follow these steps to get started:
- Open Ned: Hover over the orange Help tab located at the bottom-right corner of your database.
- Start Interacting: Click the tab and type your question or request.
You can ask Ned about workflows or specific topics. For example:
- "How do I import transcripts?"
- "How do I search for email authors?"
Additional Features
- Feedback Matters: If Ned’s response is helpful, click the thumbs up icon. If it isn’t quite right, click the thumbs down icon to let us know. Your feedback helps us improve Ned for everyone.
- Access the Help Center: Quickly browse the help center directly through Ned.
- Contact Support: Submit a support request directly through Ned by selecting "Submit a Support Request".
When you submit a request, a support ticket is automatically created. This includes your chat history, ensuring our support team can assist you efficiently.
