-
From the top-left Account dropdown, click Manage Account:
-
Navigate to the Billing Information tab.
- Ensure your billing info is up to date in the My Account tab—this information will populate in your invoices.

There are two invoice calculation methods to choose from:

-
To use:
-
Click Edit at the top.
-
Select Per Gigabyte.
-
Enter your monthly Nextpoint cost (e.g., $6,500).
-
Click Save — amounts will auto-calculate for each billable project.
-
2. Custom
-
Manually assign specific pass-through amounts per project (e.g., a one-time $1,500 fee).
-
To use:
-
Switch to Custom in the calculation settings.
-
Click Save.
-
Enter custom amounts per project directly in the table.
-
-
Under Projects in the Client Invoices tab, locate a project you would like to bill.
-
Set it to Billable to include it in the calculation:
-
Select Add a Client and enter in the client details (name, email, address):
Note: Non-billable projects are excluded from the total calculation and invoice generation.
Once your client is added, the Generate Invoice button becomes active:
The Generate Invoice screen will allow you to:
- Set an Issue Date and Due Date
- Select the calculation method and set the amount (if not already selected)
- Add an invoice item description (e.g., "Nextpoint Software Fee")
