If you suspect a document may not have been imaged correctly by the software, you can utilize the “Report Image” icon at the far right of the image toolbar.
The pop-up window allows you to report which pages you suspect aren’t displaying correctly and explain what seems wrong with the image. (eg. There is no image, the image is truncated, etc.) These fields are required.
To quickly find all documents that have reported image anomalies, click “Open Filters” in your grid-view. Navigate to “Work Product”, check the “Image anomaly” box and then “Filter Documents”.
When you would like to report these to the Nextpoint Data Strategy Team for assessment, please contact email@example.com referencing your database ID and any specifications as to the set of image anomalies which need to be addressed.
To remove an “Image anomaly” tag from a document, simply click “Report Image” icon (image of icon) and then “Delete Image Report”.
