How do I archive a database once a case is closed?

Single Case Clients: Please complete the Account Cancellation Form to ensure your data is properly handled and billing is terminated. 

Response

To archive or delete a Nextpoint database, complete the Data Archive Form .

When completing the form, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Nextpoint continues to host the data (a fee may apply), but users no longer have access to the database.
  2. The database and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  3. Export database(s): All data in the database is exported by Nextpoint’s Engagement Team. Please note that an additional fee applies if Nextpoint performs this service.
