I received a notification that an error occurred with my endorsement request. What causes an endorsement error, and how can I resolve it?

While endorsement errors are extremely rare, they can occur. Most commonly, errors are caused by an issue with a document image that prevents Nextpoint from making edits. In other cases, a network error may occur during stamping, though this is even rarer than image-related issues.
If you receive an email stating that there was an error with your endorsement request, we recommend first reviewing the results to identify where stamping is incomplete.
Tip: Be sure to add Bates Numbers to your Grid View so you can quickly review the Endorsement/Bates sequencing at a glance.
