Some updates to the Nextpoint application require you to refresh your browser in order to pick up the latest changes.
Google Chrome
- Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
- Mac: hold Cmd + Shift and then press R
- You can also hold Shift and click Refresh button
Firefox
- Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
- Mac: hold Cmd + Shift and then press R
Safari
- Mac: On the menu go to
Safari >Empty Cache, or press Opt + Cmd + E
Internet Explorer/ Edge (Windows)
- Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
